Each commission is unique... Once the subject, media, number of figures
and size are determined, you will be sent a price quote by email.
When
you order, Ti will give you a time estimate of when your portrait
will be shipped. Portraits orders come in fast around Christmas,
Mother's Day and Father's Day so order in advance. Most simple
portraits take about two weeks from when Ti gets your photos to
when they are ready for the final adjustments. If you have a
special date in mind for when you need your portrait (a birthday,
etc) be sure to let Ti know when you order, and she will do her
best to accommodate it.
Payment is processed at the start of a portrait to discourage
non-serious buyers, but your money will be refunded in full if you
aren't happy with your portrait.
You will be sent progress
digitals, of the various stages; via email and a final digital
will be sent for your approval...Satisfaction is guaranteed.
The piece, upon approval will be shipped within 3 days and you
will be sent a confirmation number of shipment by email.
We normally ship
via FedEx or the United States Postal Service, depending on your
location If you prefer a specific shipping carrier for your
location, please let us know when you order. We will email you the
cost of shipping...
